2. Retainer Engagement Model
For clients enrolled under a Fixed Monthly Retainer structure:
- Monthly retainers cover dedicated campaign management, bid engineering, negative keyword harvesting, weekly reporting, and strategic consultations performed during that billing cycle.
- Retainer payments are made at the commencement of each 30-day billing cycle.
- Because human expertise and continuous algorithmic optimization are actively deployed from day one, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the active cycle has begun.
- To cancel upcoming billing cycles, clients simply provide a 30-day written notice to admin@catchabit.in. No further cycles will be billed.
3. Performance Fee Model (% of Ad-Attributed GMV)
For clients on the Performance Model, agency fees are invoiced retroactively based on verified, ad-attributed sales recorded directly inside Amazon Advertising Console reports during the completed monthly period. Invoices are due upon presentation and are non-refundable once verified against Amazon platform telemetry.
